We’ve recently restructured from an open-concept rental salon to private suites to give both beauty professionals and clients a more personalized and exclusive experience. Each stylist, nail tech, esthetician, or beauty expert now operates their own independent business within a fully equipped private suite. This means they set their own hours, pricing, and services—giving you direct access to a professional who is fully dedicated to you during your appointment.
Unlike a traditional salon, there’s no front desk or shared space—just a comfortable, one-on-one setting where you can relax and enjoy high-quality service. For scheduling appointments or any questions about services, please contact your provider directly. Each beauty professional manages their own bookings and communication to ensure you receive the best personalized care.

Hi, my name is Emma! I graduated from VICI Capilli in March 2022, and I’m passionate about lived-in colors, blonding, and highlights. My goal is to create beautiful, customized looks that enhances your natural beauty while keeping your hair healthy and strong.
One of the things I love most about this profession is the opportunity to continuously learn and grow, allowing me to stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques to give my clients the hair of their dreams. Hello! My name is Bob, and I’m a nail technician specializing in dipping powder—it’s my absolute favorite!
I was born and raised in Nghe An, Vietnam, and moved to the U.S. in 2014. I have two amazing kids, a 19-year-old daughter and a 13-year-old son, who still live in Vietnam.
When I’m not at work, I love spending time outdoors, especially fishing, and unwinding with a cold can of Budweiser. My favorite food is chicken, and my favorite color is black.

In 2009, I began my journey at Inizio Salon, LLC, renting a chair and doing what I love—hair! I always had dreamed that one day I would own my own salon, and eight years later, that dream became reality. In 2017, I took ownership of Inizio Salon, LLC, transforming it into Inizio Salon and Spa, LLC.
When I first envisioned my salon, I saw more than just a business; I imagined a space where stylists would feel supported and inspired—a place that would provide opportunities and bring people together.
Owning a salon is thrilling and rewarding, but at times can also be overwhelming. Balancing my passion for hair with the responsibilities of running a business and raising my two beautiful daughters—just 2 and 4 years old at the time—stretched me in ways I hadn’t anticipated. Long hours behind the chair and behind the scenes often felt like a tug-of-war between providing for my family and giving them the time they deserved.
In 2024, I took a leap of faith to grow in a new direction, transforming the salon into a space with all private suite rooms. This decision was tough, but ultimately, I knew it was the right choice for my family, my team, and myself. Now, with eight private suite rooms, Inizio Salon and Spa, LLC has transformed into Inizio Salon Suites, LLC, offering service providers a space to welcome their clients and grow in their own careers.
This marks a new chapter for Inizio—a “fresh start and a new beginning.” The journey to this moment has been one of growth, resilience, and joy. Inizio Salon Suites isn’t just a space—it’s a reflection of dreams fulfilled and opportunities created. Thank you to my clients who have shown nothing but love and support, my family and friends for standing by me, and God for guiding and blessing me on this path.
