We’ve recently restructured from an open-concept rental salon to private suites to give both beauty professionals and clients a more personalized and exclusive experience. Each stylist, nail tech, esthetician, or beauty expert now operates their own independent business within a fully equipped private suite. This means they set their own hours, pricing, and services - giving you direct access to a professional who is fully dedicated to you during your appointment.
Unlike a traditional salon, there’s no front desk or shared space - just a comfortable, one-on-one setting where you can relax and enjoy high-quality service. For scheduling appointments or any questions about services, please contact your provider directly. Each beauty professional manages their own bookings and communication to ensure you receive the best personalized care.

Hi, my name is Emma! I graduated from VICI Capilli in March 2022, and I’m passionate about lived-in colors, blonding, and highlights. My goal is to create beautiful, customized looks that enhances your natural beauty while keeping your hair healthy and strong.

My name is Kellen, and Owl&Co Hair Boutique is my luxury boutique salon where I specialize in hair extensions, balayage, custom blonding, and Brazilian Blowouts. With nearly 10 years of experience in the hair industry, I am an Aveda graduate with a passion for creating refined, customized color that enhances each client’s natural beauty. I proudly work with Redken and Goldwell color lines to deliver high-performing, healthy results. My favorite services to perform are color corrections, where thoughtful technique and meticulous attention to detail come together to completely transform and restore hair with confidence and care.

Hi! I’m Kelsey - a licensed Occupational Therapist with a Master’s Degree from Concordia University Wisconsin. I’ve always believed that healing happens best when the whole person is cared for, not just the symptoms. That’s what led me to specialize in integrative bodywork.
In my practice, I use a combination of hands-on techniques such as dry needling, cupping, soft tissue work and deep tissue therapy to help release tension, restore movement, and support the body’s natural ability to heal. Whether you’re dealing with pain, recovering from an injury, or simply wanting to feel more aligned and balanced, my goal is to help you move with greater ease and feel more at home in your body.

As the sole provider at Fresh Facade, I combine my medical expertise with the artistry of aesthetics to help clients achieve natural, rejuvenated results. I am dedicated to providing personalized care, offering a range of advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, IV therapy, vitamin injections, and medical weight loss programs. I plan to expand into hormone replacement therapy in the future. I take pride in personalizing each treatment to meet the unique needs of every client, ensuring they achieve their desired results while maintaining overall well-being.
My passion for aesthetics is deeply rooted in my belief that beauty and wellness go hand in hand. I was born and raised in Nghe An, Vietnam, and moved to the U.S. in 2014. I have two amazing kids, a 19-year-old daughter and a 13-year-old son, who still live in Vietnam.
When I’m not at work, I love spending time outdoors, especially fishing, and unwinding with a cold can of Budweiser. My favorite food is chicken, and my favorite color is black.

In 2007, I graduated from Waukesha County Technical College, completing the two-year Barbering and Cosmetology Apprenticeship Program. From the very start, I knew this industry was where I belonged. I’ve always had a passion for creativity, a love for a good challenge, and a deep appreciation for the art of color transformations that bring confidence and joy to my clients.

In 2009, I began renting a chair at Inizio Salon and little did I know, it would become my forever salon!
​
In 2017, I turned a lifelong dream into reality and became the owner of Inizio Salon. When I first envisioned my salon, I saw more than just a business; I imagined a space where stylists would feel supported and inspired; a place that provided opportunities and brought people together. What began as an open-concept salon quickly grew into something so much more: a community built on passion, opportunity, and connection.

In 2024, I felt called to grow in a new direction, transforming our open-concept salon into private individual suites; designed to give independent professionals the freedom to thrive and guests the comfort of a more personal, relaxing experience in a welcoming space.

The word Inizio means “fresh start; new beginnings”... and that’s exactly what this next chapter represents for myself, my family, my team, and every client who walks through our doors.
